At Home Nursing Care is proud to announce that Kathleen Fulmor, home care manager for the Home Health and Home Care agency, was named Lillian O’Brien Home Care Supervisor of the year.

The award was presented during the annual conference for the California Association of Health Care at Home, (CAHSAH) during the annual conference in Palm Springs.

At Home Nursing Care Founder/Administrator Lauren Reynolds presented the award to Kathleen, who joined the home care and home health agency in 2016 in an entry level position as a scheduler, but then quickly was promoted by demonstrating her eagerness to take on more challenges.

“Kathleen took advantage of every education opportunity offered to her, but more importantly, she created her own opportunities for growth and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration,” Reynolds told the crowd of home care administrators, owners, nurses, caregivers and support staff.

Kathleen thanked CAHSAH and the nominating committee, along with AT Home Nursing Care for being, “the best place to work in the world.” She also thanked her parents, Bill and Christine, for being at the awards ceremony to share in the celebration.

At Home Nursing Care provides itself on creating upward mobility for its employees, including always trying to promote from within to higher levels of responsibilities. This is true for managers, but also for caregivers, who have been promoted to LVN and RN after completing additional education and passing the licensing exams.

Congratulations to Kathleen for being recognized with this state-wide honor as homecare supervisor of the year!
