Driving Directions From Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Center in Santee, CA
To get from Sharp Rees-Stealy Santee to At Home Nursing Care in Encinitas, start by heading toward Buena Vista Avenue and making a U-turn to get positioned for the highway. Turn right to merge onto CA-52 W and stay on it for about 12 miles. As you approach the interchange, use the right two lanes to take Exit 3 and merge onto I-805 N. Continue for nearly 6 miles before using the right lanes to merge onto I-5 N.
Follow the I-5 North for about 10 miles through the coastal corridor, then take exit 41B for Encinitas Boulevard. Turn right onto Encinitas Boulevard and proceed for about half a mile. Finally, turn right into the complex, continue straight for a short distance, and then make a left turn; your destination will be on the left at 531 Encinitas Blvd #120.
