Veteran’s Affairs Community Support & Care
At Home Nursing Care is proud to serve our nation’s veterans as a credentialed member of the VA Community Care Network (CCN). This benefit allows veterans who are part of the VA Health Care who qualify to receive home care paid for by the VA, if approved. Receipt of Homemaker/HHA services is not automatic. It’s based on an evaluation and evaluation. If approved, care is coordinated by VA social workers or RN Supervisors. Veterans can check their status with VA Health Care or get enrolled by visiting the VA website below.
