We offer a referral bonus for caregivers who refer their friends, family or colleagues who get hired and go to work.  There is no limit to the referrals you can make once you are part of our team, and we pay $200 for each referral. We also give Bonus Bucks each month to our staff just for doing a job well done, and our staff uses those bonus bucks to buy items they want in our company store.
