We are also a home health agency licensed by the California Department of Public Health, license #55000224, to offer medical home care with nurses who visit our patients in their homes. Our specialties are medication management, nurse case management and disease management programs.
We are also accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care. Accredited care means we voluntarily adhere to higher national standards for quality and safety, and we meet stringent training, charting, and employee screening standards.

In addition, our partner service line, At Home Care Solution, Inc., DBA At Home Nursing Care, is licensed by the California Department of Social Services, license #3747000137.

As a certified home health agency, At Home Nursing Care has demonstrated that all of our home care aides providing non-medical care have passed a pre-employment background clearance. This screening includes a criminal history check and a driving record screening.

Certification demonstrates that we conduct a pre-employment tuberculosis screening for each individual hired as a caregiver by our company.

Finally, as a certified home nursing agency we have proven that all of our home care aides are employees, not general contractors. This protects our clients by ensuring that all applicable social security, employment and income taxes are paid.

Clients who hire caregivers from agencies who do not meet these standards or those who hire caregivers directly open themselves up to potential legal liability if state and federal employment laws are not followed.
