Driving Instructions from Neighborhood Healthcare in Lakeside, CA
To get from Neighborhood Healthcare in Lakeside to At Home Nursing Care in Encinitas, start by heading toward Vine Street and taking a quick right. Almost immediately, turn left onto Laurel Street, then right onto Maine Avenue. Follow Maine Avenue for about a tenth of a mile before making a left onto Mapleview Street, which will lead you to the CA-67 South on-ramp.
Once you are on CA-67 South, drive for about 3 miles and use the right two lanes to exit onto CA-52 West toward La Jolla. Stay on CA-52 West for 13 miles, then use the right two lanes at exit 3 to merge onto I-805 North. Follow I-805 North for nearly 6 miles before merging onto I-5 North. Continue on the I-5 for about 10 miles, then take exit 41B for Encinitas Boulevard.
After exiting the freeway, turn right onto Encinitas Boulevard and travel for about 0.4 miles. You will then turn right into the complex, continue straight for a moment, and make a final left turn. At Home Nursing Care will be located on your left.
