Driving Instructions from Walgreens Pharmacy in Winter Gardens, CA
To get from Lakeside to Encinitas, start by heading north on Winter Gardens Blvd, passing the McDonald’s on your left. After about 0.6 miles, use the right lane to merge onto CA-67 S via the ramp toward El Cajon. Continue on CA-67 S for about 2.5 miles, then use the right two lanes to take exit 2 for CA-52 W toward La Jolla.
Stay on CA-52 W for 13 miles before using the right two lanes to take exit 3, merging onto I-805 N. Follow I-805 N for nearly 6 miles, then transition into the right lanes to merge onto I-5 N. Continue north for about 10 miles and take exit 41B for Encinitas Blvd.
Once you exit, turn right onto Encinitas Blvd and drive for 0.4 miles. You will then turn right, continue straight for a few yards, and finally take a left. Your destination, At Home Nursing Care, will be on your left at 531 Encinitas Blvd #120.

We specialize in 24 hour care in home care and we have created proven programs to maintain the comfort and safety of clients with Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Parkinson’s, and cancer support.
