STEP ONE: We will Call You
Now that you’ve emailed us, we will call you at the requested time to have a conversation about how we can help. During that conversation, we will answer any questions that you have and provide information on our company and initial direction on how we can provide care that meets your needs.
STEP TWO: Home Care In Home Needs Evaluation
The next step is a complimentary in-home evaluation where we visit the home of your loved one needing care. We will discuss in detail the services needed and ask questions to help us get to know the person needing care. We will seek to learn about their personality, interests and hobbies, and cultural background. After the evaluation, we will create your customized care plan and present it for your review.
STEP THREE: matched with caregiver
We will match your loved one with the caregiver that best suits his or her care needs and personality. On the first day, we will come to your home with our caregiver and make first introductions. Rest assured, our caregiver will have reviewed the care plan and be ready to hit the ground running.
STEP Four: Connect via client portal
Stay connected through our online client portal. Use your private online portal access to view your loved one’s care notes and care plans.
