Matching caregivers to in home care clients is both an art and a science, which takes into account the personality of both the client and caregiver, the specific needs of the client, what special skills might be needed, what kind of hours of care the client needs and the hours the caregivers want to work, and how far the caregiver will need to commute to reach the client.
