Our agency is proud to say we have very low turnover, with the average employee staying with our company longer than four years, and we have several employees who have already celebrated their 10 year anniversary.

This is true for managers, but also for caregivers, who have been promoted to LVN and RN after completing additional education and passing the licensing exams.

Congratulations to Kathleen for being recognized with this state-wide honor as homecare supervisor of the year!
