Driving Instructions from Sharp Coronado Hospital in Coronado, CA
To get from Sharp Coronado Hospital to At Home Nursing Care in Encinitas, start by heading toward 3rd Street and taking a right. Continue straight on 3rd Street for about 0.2 miles, then turn left onto Orange Avenue. Almost immediately, use the two left lanes to turn left at the first cross street onto CA-75 North/4th Street. Follow CA-75 North for 2.3 miles as it takes you across the bridge, then use the left two lanes to merge onto I-5 North toward Downtown San Diego.
Once you are on the I-5 North, stay on the freeway for approximately 27 miles, enjoying the coastal drive through San Diego and North County. Look for Exit 41B for Encinitas Blvd and take it. After exiting, turn right onto Encinitas Blvd and drive for 0.4 miles. Finally, turn right into the complex, continue straight for a moment, then make a quick left; your destination, At Home Nursing Care, will be on your left.
