Driving Instructions from Paradise Valley Hospital In National City, CA
To get from Paradise Valley Hospital in National City to At Home Nursing Care in Encinitas, start by heading toward Euclid Avenue and taking an immediate right. From there, turn left at the first cross street onto East 4th Street and follow it for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto National City Boulevard, continue as it becomes Osborn Street, and then take a slight left to merge onto I-5 N.
Once you are on the freeway, stay on I-5 N for approximately 29 miles as you head through San Diego toward the north county coastal area. Take exit 41B for Encinitas Boulevard. After exiting, turn right onto Encinitas Boulevard and drive for nearly half a mile. Finally, turn right into the complex, continue straight for a moment, and then make a left turn to find your destination on the left-hand side.

We specialize in 24 hour care in home care and we have created proven programs to maintain the comfort and safety of clients with Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Parkinson’s, and cancer support.
