Driving Instructions from SharpCare in Spring Valley, CA
To get from SharpCare Spring Valley to At Home Nursing Care in Encinitas, begin by exiting the parking lot toward Austin Drive. Turn right, then quickly make a left onto Austin Drive itself. Follow this for a short distance before turning right onto Sweetwater Springs Boulevard. You’ll stay on this road for just over a mile, passing a Wienerschnitzel on your right, until you reach the ramp to turn left and merge onto CA-94 W heading toward San Diego.
Once you are on the freeway, continue for nearly two miles before taking exit 9B to merge onto CA-125 N. Drive for about 5.7 miles, then use the right two lanes to take exit 22 and merge onto CA-52 W. You will follow the 52 for about 11 miles, then use the right two lanes to take exit 3 and merge onto I-805 N. After about 5.7 miles, merge onto I-5 N and continue for another 10 miles. Look for exit 41B for Encinitas Boulevard.
After exiting the freeway, turn right onto Encinitas Boulevard and drive for nearly half a mile. Turn right into the office complex, then continue straight for about 43 feet. Finally, make a left turn, and your destination, At Home Nursing Care, will be on your left at 531 Encinitas Blvd #120.
