Driving Instructions from La Presa, CA
Starting in La Presa, California, head toward San Miguel Avenue and continue onto Jamacha Road, passing the 7-Eleven on your left. After about a mile, turn right to merge onto CA-125 North. Stay on CA-125 North for a short distance, then use the right lanes to take the exit onto CA-94 West. Continue on CA-94 West and follow signs to merge onto I-805 North, then transition onto I-5 North. Remain on I-5 North for several miles before taking exit 41B for Encinitas Boulevard.
After exiting, turn right onto Encinitas Boulevard and continue for a short distance. Make a right turn, then continue straight briefly before turning left. At Home Nursing Care – San Diego, located at 531 Encinitas Blvd #120, Encinitas, CA 92024, will be on your left.
