Driving Instructions from El Cajon, CA
To get from San Ysidro Health in El Cajon to At Home Nursing Care in Encinitas, start by heading northeast and making a series of quick left turns to reach El Cajon Blvd. Turn right onto the boulevard, then make a U-turn at Wilson Ave to head toward the freeway. Merge onto I-8 W and follow it for about 8.5 miles. Use the right three lanes to transition onto I-805 N toward Los Angeles, continuing for nearly 12 miles before merging onto I-5 N.
Stay on I-5 N for approximately 10 miles, then take exit 41B for Encinitas Blvd. Turn right onto Encinitas Blvd and drive for about half a mile. Finally, turn right into the complex, continue straight, and take a final left turn to arrive at your destination on the left.
