Driving Instructions from Rancho San Diego, CA
To get from Rancho San Diego to At Home Nursing Care in Encinitas, start by heading southwest on Brabham Street and turning right onto Fury Lane. Follow Fury Lane for about 1.2 miles before turning left onto Calle Verde, then quickly turn left again onto Via Mercado. This will lead you to CA-94 W, where you will turn right to merge onto the highway.
Continue on CA-94 W for several miles, ensuring you stay in the right two lanes when prompted to remain on the 94 West. From there, use the right two lanes to take exit 3 and merge onto I-805 N. You’ll stay on the 805 North for approximately 15 miles before using the right lanes to merge onto I-5 N.
Follow I-5 N for about 10 miles into Encinitas, then take exit 41B for Encinitas Boulevard. Turn right onto Encinitas Boulevard and drive for nearly half a mile. Finally, turn right into the complex, continue straight briefly, and then make a left turn. Your destination, At Home Nursing Care, will be on your left at 531 Encinitas Blvd #120.
